OUR Bread

Beer City Bread Co. products are developed from craft beer and natural European sourdough starters that are cultivated daily in our bakery as the foundation of each bread batch. Each bread dough is aged over 24 hours, then processed using our unique "stress-free" dough handling bread line before baking, allowing true artisan qualities to develop in every product we offer.

 

GOlden ale ciabatta

Born from an Italian durum sourdough starter and Perrin Gold Ale craft beer, this bread delivers authentic Italian ciabatta flavors with a thin, crispy crust and a delectable custard interior crumb, all complimented by the Perrin Gold finish.

Golden grains

Born from an Italian durum sourdough starter and Perrin Gold Ale craft beer, what makes this bread unique is the healthy 7-grain mixture added to the dough batch which delivers artisan nutty flavors with a thin, crispy crust and a delectable custard interior crumb, all complimented by the Perrin Gold Ale finish.

The healthy 7-grain mixture includes: flax seeds, sunflower seeds, whole rolled oats, sesame seeds, hulled millet, rye, and wheat flakes. 

Black ale

Born from a French rye sourdough starter and Perrin Black craft beer, this bread delivers rich, sweet, and fresh flavors with a very soft crumb, all complimented by the Perrin Black Ale finish.

MI Cherry IPA

Born from a French rye sourdough starter and Perrin MI Cherry IPA craft beer, this bread delivers tart, sweet, and fruity flavors with a very soft crumb and Michigan Cherries mixed throughout, all complimented by the Perrin MI Cherry IPA finish.

Beer Cheese

Born from an Italian durum sourdough starter, Perrin Gold Ale craft beer and cheddar cheese, this bread delivers delicious cheesy flavors and high quality bread characteristics that everyone can appreciate, all complimented by the Perrin Gold Ale finish.
